• 0xe740d161461d48722bccc761c6f4e26778c87683 is an externally owned account with an EIP-7702 delegation to 0x63c0c19a282a1b52b07dd5a65b58948a07dae32b: its private key always controls it, and the delegated code may let other signers act for it. It had sent 14,350 transactions.

• Locker's (0xe20e4297759597da75c8998ee76ec900600ad920) initializer() is the zero address; its CREATOR_BPS(), HOLDER_BPS() and PROTOCOL_BPS() return 6,400, 1,200 and 1,000.
• owner() reverts on Deployer, UniversalForge, RouterForge and LiquidityForge. Apart from the TOLLY token, none of these contracts has verified source on Sourcify.
